• Shipping times vary depending on your location.
• Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📸 Custom Product Policy

Because all items are custom-made using your uploaded photos, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• incorrect photo selection
• low-quality images provided by the customer
• cropping or composition choices based on the submitted image

For best results, use clear, high-resolution images.  If you are unsure about your image quality, we recommend uploading the highest resolution version available.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Please include clear photos showing the defect

After review, we will offer:

• a replacement, or
• a full refund

👉 We do not require you to return defective items unless specifically requested.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

If a replacement is approved:

• We will remake and ship your item at no additional cost

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

• Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
• After this time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations
